I have been there. You are correct, I forgot that they covered some of this in the FAQ.

Now, let's assume that they do the following (taken from the FAQ

) What is PNLK prepared to do to gain membership?
Internet seminars & host country will greatly enhance the credibility and recognition of PNLK along with Internet promotions, direct mail,
chamber of commerce introductions, export & import associations meetings and government introductions to its companies. Sponsorship of all commerce agencies, magazines, newspapers, feature articles etc. These are just some of the planned media introductions and events. Notice that they are all conservative; low cost and productive to reach the host country's users.

All of this takes manpower and time. Right now, as i recall, they have less than 6 employees. Who will do all of this heavy lifting?

How many people do you imagine they will need to see in order to generate 40,000 individual company subscriptions? Let's assume for a minute that they are excellent at this (and I am assuming they are). If they did one seminar or the like per day the first full year after they go live, we should expect 160 or so seminars (allows for travel time, etc). If each seminar had 1000 individual companies represented (a huge number, especially in light of the fact that we are dealing with some potentially small emerging countries) that would give them 160,000 individual companies represented. In order to hit 40,000 individual subscribers they would have to have a 25% close rate. I don't think that's possible.

The numbers above are not likely, they are meant to illustrate just how ambitious their plan is. If they hit even one third of that, they will have a decent sized first-year internet start up. I just want to make sure we are all realistic.

If you are knowledgable as you profess to be, you could do some of your own analysis and share it here. instead, you would rather seize the opportunity to toot your own horn. I've never seen a more obvious case of someone with an inferiority complex.

For the record, I am not a MM, a shorter, a pump and dumper, or anything else your broken radar tries to pick up. In this case I am an individual investor who sees a chance to potentially make a decent return on a stock that appears, on the surface, to be a potential winner. By day, I am a professional investor who works for a VC firm with tons of research capability. I have asked my research associate to find out anything she can on this stock and hasn't really found out anything more useful than the rest of us have. If I were to present this opportunity to our investment team, they would require much more DD than is currently possible from the limited info that is available on this thread, or on their site.

As far as being someone who likes to expose people for what they are, I think I will take my turn to expose someone for what they are. In my opinion, you are simply someone who is looking to always be right, never allowing anyone with an opinion different from yours to comment without repercussions. You are beginning to remind me of all of the bullies I knew growing up. Frankly, they were jerks. Why don't you quit trying to run this thread and come up with something useful. it's time to grow up and act like an adult. Your profile says you are 57. I'd have guessed more like 17.
