Glenn, I likewise wish you the best of luck with all your endeavors. Perhaps you could ask the SEC lawyers if / when you or PNLK can release data pertaining to financial data and shareholder equity. Right now, we do not know how much has been spent, whether the company has any debt, what the cost basis for insider shares is, and many other difficult questions that would allow us to be truly "shareholders" If you would forward them the following for their reply, it would be appreciated. Dear Mr. Zagoren: As an interested outsider I like to ask a couple of questions: 1. Does PNLK have any talks with large companies in export/import business? Does it have any endorsements from reliable sources? What I am trying to say is has any respectable figure/company stuck its neck and supported PNLK's concept? Financially or otherwise. 2. How does PNLK plan to charge 360 for access to their web site? Monthly or yearly up front? 3. What is the cash position right now? How long can company live on its cash if the stock does not take off as (maybe?) projected? 4. Any venture capitalists behind the idea? Thanks in advance. Regards.
