I agree, so in response to that I assume that if the company were to send some more shares out, that I should consider that a warning siganal

Yes indeedy, If it were me, (and it ain't), I wouldn't release any more shares for the pitiful price of a dollar each. Since I know my EPS is going up and thus eventually my stock, I might release a share or two in $6.00 to $8.00 range, otherwise, I take my contracts, a good business plan, my Investment Banker and borrow some money to tide me over until profits come in or price of share goes out of sight. Maybe, just maybe?? Shorty
