Cisco and GTE had a falling out and Cisco did lose the ATM/FR side of the GTE network to ASND. ASND came in a dropped their prices signficantly to win the business. Cisco still owns the layer 3 portion of the network. However, one account is not the world... and GTE was lost prior to the AT&T flame out. Gary
