At the very least, I hope they take this opportunity of new mgmt. to finally initiate an effective chain of command regarding communications for both PR and IR purposes.

it is just that she is in no position to know what the real story is and does not appear to have a good grasp of the limits of her authority.

Technically, I think we are in agreement. But someone (mgmt) has got to set the rules and make sure they are followed.
