I was talking in TV terms....spent 12 years on a Fire Apparatus, if in doubt...zap them. Same thing with diabetic coma or insulin shock..treat them the same in an emergency...can't hurt. Besides if they're dead...who cares about a few volts. <gg> Ever hear of a pre cardio tump? If you ever see someone get zapped with electricity and their heart goes into fibrillation...haul off and smack them in the chest...it could discharge the screwed up charge and result in a normal heart beat being restored. Not a Dalmatian...but this dog has been there. <ggg> Long ago.
