Kirk - Re: "Don't give old Jerry any ideas!" My guess is that AMD is developing their K7 with a Slot 1 interface - and NOT the DEC/SLot A interface. When they are ready to release this, I predict AMD will file suit against Intel in a preemptive attack to nullify AMD's current legal agreements with Intel. This will be like the Sports Jocks who attempt to "renogotiate" their contracts once they find out that some other player suckers a sports team owner into a more lucrative contract. Paul
