The scary thing is he probably has very close to the same number of neurons that we do. It is how they are used that is the problem. I am willing to accept others beliefs as long as they are willing to accept mine, or my lack thereof. I will not let such silly proselytizing just sit on this thread without a challenge to it. Have I ever said to anyone "Hey- let me open your eyes. It is FAR superior if you would be like me. All you have to do is listen to the tiny rational voice inside you that says- 'I accept what I can see, touch, taste, hear and feel with my skin- I accept but do not necessarily believe. Everything else is amusing but non-essential.' " I could promise that listening to that little voice gives one a feeling of serenity- because it does that for me. However I acknowledge we are all wired differently. Some people really need belief- it may even be good for them- I am not one to judge (unless they hurt other people- no belief justifies that). If believers were more tolerant and loving I would be MORE convinced in the verity of their cause. But they are not....
