John, OH DEAR ... so many people have been waiting for a "Y2K fix" from Bill Gates ... and he's not giving them one. Entire article diminishes the problem with reassuring, vapid words and no sense of urgency. "From today forward, ''triage'' is the order of the day. Companies need to identify all their potential problems and prioritize their importance." Unless you call this creating a sense of urgency. LOL Copywriters and attorneys must have worked hard on this!! Cheryl
