>The company was started by investors.< Thank you for answering my questions as much as you can. After you said that the company is started by investors, another question came to my mind. Why did the investors IPO'd this stock prematurely in my opinion? I may be wrong. I kind of think that they needed the cash so they rushed to the market. If I have a great business concept and have some money to back it (be it form family/friends or venture capitalists), I'd leave the IPO after the concept is concretely established and profiting. Am I missing something here? Sorry but we have no means but to start from assumptions here. I would appreciate any light to these issues within your boundry. Thanks again.
