To the best of my knowledge, there are certain requirements to be on NASDAQ. One of them is to trade at a certain level for a certain period of time.Another requirement is Assets and Cash.
PNLK can meet those requirements,in my opinion, if all behave . For the past 3 days it hasn't been the case.Many more sellers than buyers!!! As for the Assets and Cash, I believe from the information we have now, PNLK will meet that goal very soon.

NASDAQ requirements are very specific and when we reach them (if we reach them (SEC rules)) we will consider the option.
