what I am asking about the investors and shares is- They put in X number of dollars. How many shares did they receive for the money, and how much money was put in ??? Also, do they have any type of conversion option to a discount to the market (known as "the lesser of the bid price" in the financing circles) I am not trying to destroy the stock, or hype the stock, it's called due dili.....
