Glenn, Wow, thanks for taking so much of your time to offer some intensive care for some of the nervous people around here. I think many are beginning to realize, thanks to your efforts, what a winner we STILL have. Speaking for many of us here, we are extremely happy you have joined us to help get solid information to us.

I am still hanging with all my shares (over 30,000 now) and won't let them go.

Again thanks, and welcome.

Just wanted to see if the "investors" were part of a 504 offering, and if so, at what prices (I am sure there were several price levels)these were done at. Also, are the investors stock held onshore ? Most companies are glad to tell the shareholders who the placement was with, will you tell us the name of the investors if they are a company or individual ? Cash position right now, options, warrants, subordinated, preffered and/or convertable paper outstanding ??? Also, When the reverse was done, the initial 7 million shares was that the shares that belonged to the old company's shareholders, or was there additional shares added before we got to 7 million. Also, how many shareholders were there upon completion of the reverse merger? (that # is in the docs filed to the SEC). What are the names of the people on the Board of Directors ? (once again, on the docs to be filed to the SEC to be a reporting co.) Thanks, I will have more questions later.
