The company listed it's annual report with the SEC (egar). More of the same confusion. The latest is that Martucci has canceled his letter of intent. The gold hill mill is going to be sold. The Franklin mine is not in production and will require $750,000 to get it to that point. Numerous statements questioning the viability of the company due to lack of funds from any mine productions. The mineral leases with Haydec are up and trying to extend them. Legal battles still pending. The stock is going to be hard to trade when it goes to the OTC exchange. It really looks like a time to abandon the company.
