Could this be why the stock suddenly popped a half hour before the close? I saw a large block of 38,100 shares hit the offer of 4-1/16 right about this time. -Might be worth carefully reading the report. Also, in the conference calls SYSF has mentioned DELL in a very (shall I say) positive way, several times. Maybe there's some new speculation about Dell. JL p.s. since the 10-K is 125 pages, it may take a while to go through. -Another possible reason for late market action.
