Since as I understand it CLL management has nothing to do with Antares Mining other than a shared interest in Ojolali, it would eliminate some confusion at this site if discussions of CLL could be be moved to the CLL forum.

Keith, word is RJK has checked out the Pemon ownership issue. CLL has a 13.5% "carried interest" on ANZ's Ojolali play, which seems to mean no cash required. I have not heard of any clarification on the deal with RJK but - based on the percentages they are giving away - they may be looking for a similar arrangement and if that's the case, no management is required, one employee may be too much.
