I like it that MSFT is fighting. For too long the IRS and DOJ have just run amok across hard working people and companies. They don't believe in you protecting yourself or allowing you to go to court and defend yourself. If you don't do what they say, they start the villification and slander routine. Now after the tobacco debacle, we have states wanting to run around and shake down as many companies as possible to collect more money. This is why I look forward to Y2K. These Federal and state agencies are so far behind the power curve that they are going to grind to a halt under the weight of their own inertia and failure to plan/lead the country in regards to Y2K.
