[Underwriters]

I was thinking about the shares that the underwriters hold and what the terms were. I haven't checked it, but I think there is usually written into the IPO a clause that the underwriters get options to more shares in case the price drops after the IPO. Could the underwriters have some alterior motives to push the price down to pick up those options? I don't know if I am offbase or not. Some one with experience in IPO's and stock offerings could you comment on this?

Eric

Out for now, looking to get back in later down the road.

I read the entire note. Thanks. Less heart plunging days ahead is good. I'm still smiling. Maybe it's because as I used to comment about others--"no brain, no pain". lol.
