Cheryl, Nice to make your acquaintance! Most of us net literates have our heads in other sand piles, and R trying 2 join Y2K awarenss at I call the second wave up or the "awake and alert" stage.

As one of those proud "come latelys," I'm not voraciously reading everything I can about Y2K but...
I'm certainly reading and thinking
and have spent some time in "preparation thinking,"
....already possessing my first 5000KW brand new Generac Generator, purchased for a mere $325. Talk about a bargain! (Bet many of those kinds of deals don't hang around for much longer, eh!)

Frankly, reading about Fidelity-UK buying generators and stockpiling fuel for Y2K pushed me over the hill...as I'd been looking at them for (excuse being - dry camping) the last several months anyway!

In my upcoming series of posts to your site,
I will be addressing/making myself available to address the serious inquiries as to what to do w/gold & silver both with accumulation of equity profits,
a/w/a the original hard currency form,
....which, BTW, is accepted all over the world, except in pockets of Western Thot/Regions, where we've been so far away from reality we've forgotten how to pour our dust into the barkeeps' scales to buy a round of rock-gut, or barter for dental work w/a gold accepting dentist!

Maybe I'll start there.

Readers wanting more information re: myself, are welcome to check out my website, worldaccessnet.com
which is full of info gleaned from my research into the gold habits of US citizens in particular a/w/a
the habits of discarding prodigious amounts of gold.

10 years ago, I wrote a book (its 4th printing is about sold out now)
dealing with the subject of how to find
how to extract
how to test for
how to sell gold.

Maybe it was written under divine egis for just this purpose, who knows.

Thanks for your efforts in this Y2K behalf. I firmly believe it takes a village allright...and not just to "raise children"

Much appreciation for your efforts and sharing,
I am
O/49r

Re: Cory Copyright

Don't think a link honors the request.

Cory (my hero :-) wrote Weather Report V2, #18 with the explicit request that we "include the header down to the tearline"...

He can define terms of re-distribution to whatever he wants. But it seems important to him (for what-ever reasons) that readers of redistributions of his work see those top 14 lines of text attached to it. He may change this in the future. It wasn't too long ago that he insisted that the entire document be reproduced... But for now I'd include the stuff above the tearline.
