Perhaps you can answer my question. How soon will the original shareholders of the three companies that Amazon just acquired be able to sell their AMZN shares.

They can't legally sell the stock into the US market until the shares are registered with the SEC (S-3 filing). We don't know when, or even if, the shares will be registered.
