Form T's are "custom" transactions that occur during extended NASDAQ trading hours. I am uncertain of what the equivalent is for BB stocks, but they are reported in a similar fashion. This is how I have been seeing them for FNTN.

Basically, one needs to be able to trade pre and/or post trading. These transactions are those trades that you may see that occur before and after the bell in actual NASDAQ volume, not in a proprietary system like Instinet. But, you will never see them count towards actual daily reported volume or closing prices. I suggest you look at the Quote.com java applet, this will allow you to see such transactions.
