OK, I get the picture now. I got the impression that the "card" was something really big, bulky, and expensive. I can see where these things can be competitive with Intel upgrade.

Again, this may be something Apple should do as a co-op advertisement with some of the major upgrade vendors.

If they can demo how to upgrade cheaply and easily, I'm sure this will convince some to inject some pep into old Macs.

Last I saw (1993) upgrade cards were big, bulky and expensive ($1500 or more). This discouraged me from even considering upgrade on a Mac since I felt I might as well shell out a few more $$ and buy a new computer.
