Don My Friend It is a puzzel to some extent. It was my thought that at one time Delta 3 was only selling and using VocalTec's product. As time passed and RSL bought them It became apparent and was confirmed today by the company that they use several platforms from several vendors and always have. The press you get is so damm Irrevelent that even though your in the 20 th centry with all these good things you can not believe a damm thing from reuters or anybody. The days of colorful press is only beginning I'm afraid. After communicating with VocalTec my original Consensus and Mr Cohen's agree completely.

VocalTec is in the running in every major deal out their and is on every major telcos short list. They believe their hard work and diligence will pay off and
decline to offer any futher information. They believe that while there always appears to be market trends in and out of the industry with regard to technology and Competing companies they feel they are in good company in the companies they are doing business with now and possibly in the future. It appears that they have more then just several pilots and eval units out and I suspect that even with the cash from DT in the bank that their bottom line suffered because of that out put.

My guess is MSFT is on the prowl to find something of substance that they can offer for sale.Something that they feel will lead the industry now and in the future. Net meeting was not going to take them there.Besides Vocaltec and the next gen who has the biggest market share.MSFT likes market share they would like to join in in an industry and a company that they can build fast into a real power house with lots of share and alliances.I hope VocalTec is the one.

Don In regard To Accr access Power; They are a growing very powerfull ally of the Next Gen group. While Delta3 is owned by RSL RSL had several ties to ericsson from their switch days, when RSL came into being.I wouldn't worry about this as while that loss is a loss it is only a small part of whats going on in the european enviroment.ACCR will expand over the next year to become a very large player in USA Canada and In Europe.

Dear Don, May I jump in? You're confusing "news" with a
cross reference in the RSL Reuters piece:

<<Other major world players in Internet telephony include
Deutsche Telekom AG (DTEG.F) which has bought a 21 percent
stake in Israeli pioneer VocalTec Communications Ltd
(VOCLF - news).>>

I understand why there is confusion. "news" here and in
the Access Power report seems like it should mean something
about VOCLF. Actually, it's just meant, I think, as a
cross reference because the writers mentioned VOCLF
in each report.

I've traded VOCLF a couple of times and also own RSLCF
(Delta Three, you know, was a private company from
Jerusalem before RSLCF bought it.) I figure the Internet
Telephony market is going to be so big that there will
be more than enough room for a couple of players. Deutsch
Telecom was willing to pay over $20/share for an equity
interest in VOCLF. I figure that gives us some support,
though occasionally the stock consolidates at lower prices.

Regards,
Ariella
