Here's another quote site given to me by Yahoo when I asked about getting the SAPHY quote re-established. .... <<According to Reuters, who had already spoken with NASDAQ, this ADR has been delisted because it did not file properly with the SEC. This was a new regulation that went into effect on Apr 1. Once they file with the SEC their quote will again appear on the OTC:BB. They are currently quoted on the Pink Sheets, which Yahoo does not cover as part of its quote service. If they do not file with the SEC they will remain on the Pink Sheets.
