dave, survive. conservative management may have been able to pull it off. the big man on campus types running the show now can easily fool investors (not that they make it hard ;-) but they can't fool the bank types forever. korea can increase capacity 50% w/o much cap expenditures per dj's article. not good when you are in direct competition with them and losing nearly $500 million a year. of course, they aren't actually losing that much money b/c david says figures lie and you can't believe anybody anyway. maybe they are making billions and just not telling anybody. maybe they have all that bre-x gold over their in utah. HO HO HO HO ;-) the choice is humble pie for the "dram demand remains strong" types or failure. i don't think these types can swallow their ego.
