Yes, the beast that was and is not. Lenin-Marxism. The ultimate religion of satan, once ruled almost l/2 the earth, then suddenly no more Russian, and CHINA IS OUR GOOD, GOOD FRIEND....and yes, I believe they will be back soon much stronger than ever. The beast that was and was not and was again.

Whoever the 7th king is, it is interesting to note that although Daniel has God's kingdom being established during the rule of that final 7th king, The book of Revelation adds an 8th king. Revelation 17:10 "And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come: and when he cometh, he must continue a short space. 11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition." This eighth king is of the seven but appears to rule at the same time as the final 7th king from the book of Daniel. There is no doubt that the 7th must be the USA. And the 8th is the emerging New World Order growing out of the 7th, the USA. The New World Order being built by the Council on Foreign Relations will be the Beast system and from it will come the mark of the Beast.
