Correct Jimbo, several other countries outside of the USA have expressed major interest in their systems and most likely a major contract out of Brazil will be finalized shortly. Although FCC approval is not Necessary outside of US, the countries involved still would like to see FCC just to verify their own tests and observations that the product has no bugs (which it shouldn't since GLCP has spent years testing and developing the systems and they have cleaned up all bugs and they are now ready to start producing on a large-scale basis.)
