Cheryl, as you suggested, we should write companies regarding the y2K problem to see how they respond. Was wondering if there should be a thread to post these company responses so that others can see and maybe you would desire to analyze these letters for any holes in them?
I suspect they have a standard letter they send every one. Also, because you are so knowledgeable on the subject, perhaps by posting the letters you or others can advise what the 2nd and 3rd letters should ask as we pinpoint banks, mutual fund companies, etc further.
Maybe we should ask them, too, WHO is solving their y2k problems?
I have begun receiving replies, but don't know how to analyze them.

Cheryl:

By all means lets move TAVA to the Y2K category. Later we can hope SI has an "SI" category; that the Systems Integration grows up to deserve the niche (<G'ing> with a serious notion).
