The Dead Pool

Quietly, slowly, the somber figure scratches out names to paper. Famous people all; elderly, reckless, sickly: all candidates for his list. Pausing thoughtfully he sets down pen and paper and slowly draws a revolver from his pocket. Placing the gun to his temple, he thinks, "That's one down."
