Sure had volume yesterday...wow! Looks like it might want to go higher. I didn't like the earnings revisions over on Yahoo Detailed research.

TCMS is well-positioned in the fab and pipelaying businesses, two of the hottest offshore areas. They are currently doing fab work for RIG and PKD. Their fab work consists of components for new builds (ie. mud modules) and rig refurbishing.

TCMS is growing rapidly through acquisitions. Fab facilities tripled in Q1.

New pipelaying barge and new deepwater fab facility coming on line in June. The new facility will specialize in refurbishing semis and also jackups.

Pipelaying has a $45M backlog.

Book value= 12.94.

High earnings growth with FY '98 est. of $1 and FY '99 of 1.50.

The number of employees went from 758 at '97 year end to 1,070 at the end of Q1.
