ROAD SHOW? I would think that any IPO by Digital River would be preceded by a "road show" by D.R. for the investment community. Under these circumstances, the 99.9% of the financial community not yet familiar with the TSQD-DIGITAL RIVER story will finally have access to what could be one of the hottest E-COMMERCE IPO's of the year. The "road show", which could take place well before an IPO, could lead to a huge upward move in TSQD, IMO. A predicted SYMBIOTIC RELATIONSHIP, between Digital River and TSQD, also bodes very well for the market cap of TSQD, IMO.
