Cyber supports multi-monitor, primarily limited by the bandwidth of your data feed, ie, a 56K Frame Relay can feed two 1600x1200 screens without tooo much degradation.

I know Win98 supports multiple monitors using off-the-shelf PCI video cards, the limitation will most likely be the availability of PCI slots. Appian makes dual and quad configs widely used in the financial industry. Try this: elitetrader.com then the lower middle link. Have seen same cards for less in CAD mags. The benefit here is saved PCI slots and easier configuration, unsure of the video stability and speed. Its a popular solution however.
