You know this is a throw back to CAML... I hate to keep bringing that stock up, but it is almost a clone of what is happening here, hey they too had some big time, high rolling, bullet proof merger, the share holders be damned attitude that seems to be developing here with this merger.

Guess what? this big time merger did their little reverse split, did it against shareholder wishes, which killed the company and the stock, well the guys that did it... I MEAN THE INDIVIDUAL OFFICERS are now marked by their former share holders, after what they pulled with CAML, they had better not leave that company, because I imagine they will find it hard to put togather another deal, or work as an "executive" again.

Moral of the story is Loyal shareholders, make the worst of the worst people to yank around, because the lessons are hard earned lessons and they stick around for a long time... If they screw these types of investors, the investors remember that name, and if that name ever crops up on another public company Execs list or BOD, it usually has some consequences.

Which is one reason I am wondering about this wall of silence thrown up by WOTD, are these guys for real? or are they trying to hide some past history until its too late?

Been there done that... thats why it pays to take very good care of your investor base.
