would waste his time and reputation on pnlk if he didnt believe

organization to be able to acquire it at around 2.75 a share is my type of investment. just mho.

Vinnie,

Keep in mind that PNLK did not just buy the list. They have the ability to dispense the list to "their" clients and that is a significant difference to the purchase of a list.

The D&B agreement has very subtle and significant nuances attached.

Rich

NOTE FROM PRO NET LINK:

Regarding Dun & Bradstreet. We were in negotiations with them for almost 4 months. The complications, not delays, came from not "the ability to buy" a list but to have the rights to redistribute the information. Normally, when you buy a list it is for your use only. This was much more complicated. ProNetLink needed to allow companies from all over the world to have access to and use this information. In a sense reducing the need for companies to go to Dun & Bradstreet directly. The deal was completed long before the newsrelease was sent out. Once we produced the release it had to be sent to D&B for approvals... marketing, PR and, of course, legal. The fact that ProNetLink members will have access to this information whenever they need it is worth more than $30 per month by itself.
