Thanks Street. Knew all the details, just wondered about real experience with them.

If I understand you correctly re: account updating, you run up against Reg T if they aren't updating your balances instantly, and you are using your full buying power. Is that true? If so, I have been spoiled by Datek, as bad as they have become.

It's my understanding that MB Trading does update automatically. If true, then I think I know where the money's going. I have been told nothing but good things about MB.

Thanks

Len

S.W.,

Unfortunately, Shamrock only lets you have 75% of your buying power if you hold a position overnight. Does Castle do the same? If not, real time account management would be a big improvement.

Which brings me to their "new" software. Have you tried the Java version yet? Just wondering why Castle hasn't made it standard...there are references to it on this thread way back into last year. Why would they not introduce software that seemingly has some major improvements. Paul's comments implied that it would be ready in February.

Street Walker,

I understand Castle has or is coming out new software called "Market-Links". Special order entry software that can be used in conjunction with any real-time quote package. Do you know anything about this?

I emailed Castle and asked if they do OTC BB's, but received no reply. Do you know?

Seems like Castle never answers email. I've emailed them four different times on two different subjects. But no replies.

Thanks,
Ray
