Ram-

I believe that ALYD has an image problem with Wall Street... and it is a problem. How has ALYD tried to address it? They told everybody that they were going shopping. The street freaked about dilution.

What about modifying their core technologies for other work? Are they doing this? If they are, why aren't they telling analysts and shareholders this? If they aren't.... I want to know why! Why go and buy capabilities that you could make yourself? If you need more people... HIRE THEM!

Wall Street thinks ALYD is a One Trick Pony because ALYD hasn't given them a reason to not believe it. I am the company's biggest fan... and also its harshest critic when I see them failing to project themselves to Wall Street correctly. If I am wrong... THEN SHOW ME!

Unfortunately with Wall Street, perception is reality
