I agree...RS is usually worst case scenario for stocks such as these (I'm holding some CVIA, sheeesh..).

What I also believe, though, is that until we see some activity in that direction, or see it included in a business plan put forth by the company, it is not DD but speculation. There is a difference. LTGL, unlike a number of other OTC stocks, has an actual product (in stores even!). That was why I bought originally and why I hold currently. If management wishes to tank their company (with their product!) by doing a reverse in the near future, I for one will certainly be surprised. In the meantime, I expect a slight profit for my investment in the near term.

IMO, attempts at a "Big Board Listing" are extremely premature for LTGL, so the reason for a RS is, as well. Again, my opinion only.
