Ed ...thanks for your comments ; your right ,the parties acquiring the PP probably know everything there is to know about this well [ that means they know more than any shareholder of any of the companies that participated in this deal ]. They have the information to make intelligent investment decisions.....most shareholders do not.

Unfortunately I have to leave town until late Monday so I will not be able to participate in this discussion until that time.

Monday morning will be very interesting ........should we expect additional news releases ?

Good post Ed, and thanks for the compliment. I agree with your comments on the financing, and believe FST's real power will soon show itself, I expect to see FST raise at least another $5 million this year, although I predict it will be at $3.50-5.00.
