I shorted KTEL again on Friday. There appears to be resistance at 49 1/2 and it appears to be forming a double top. The only thing that can drive the stock higher is more new developments (have you seen all the news releases recently?) and more long term holders of the stock (which reduces the already miniscule float). However, my gut feel is that the stock will turn down, but looks like there is support at 47 and 39 3/4. I would be nervous about holding a short position when the stock splits.

I'm also contemplating shorting CMGI if it again fails to make a strong break through 100.

Not sure I'd consider CMGI a 2nd-tier net stock because of its
holdings... other than that, what's magic about a strong break
through 100?

(doing my best Mollari impression) Don't give up the Homeworld, Vir!
