Neil, this is the only reason I continue to hold BAY. Although I'm not sure the premium payed will just my continued hold. I'm averaged in at 27, and can't see anyone paying much over $30 at this point. I'm contemplating one more buy but am still not sure.

This does bring up an interesting topic for discussion that the thread has ignored lately. Where does ASND fit into this "new world order" of networking. I feel they are getting too highly valued on their own merits for anyone other than a SUPER LARGE capitalized company to even consider.

With the ASND house currently in fine financial shape, a buyout bid would likely have to exceed $10B. Maybe we ASND longs should start considering the possibility of ASND trying to go it alone through continued internal growth and (yes, the nasty A word) acquisition.

Any future ASND acquisition would IMO drive the share price lower, and certainly drive me from the stock, period, end of story...
