New to this board.

But not new to this stock.

Have held just a small position
of 10k

Have a little familiarity
with company, but am more interested
in the information from others.

Haven't had time (and don't)
to read the thread and do adequate DD.
Though I've been frequently popping
over here to get the most current spin.

I've been pretty pre-occupied with another
four lettered symbol that also ends in _k.

That symbol is an entirely different animal,
neither a tiger or a shark, but hopefully a bull
and not a bear.

Hopefully participants can refer me to
already posted messages, that will get me
up to speed and address many of these questions
as follows:

1). First what gives? Low PE, earnings, small float,
a lot of insiders holding shares...This stock, at least
on the surface, looks to be tremendously undervalued.
Am I right or wrong? Opinions please.

2). Why buy Tiger Shark rather than its competitors?
What is TSGK marketing strategy to gain market share
and win loyalty from its customers?
Are they priced lower? More reliable? More stylish?
Offer features and a level of service that
their competitors don't? Does TGSK you a outside
marketing consultant? And if they do, who?

3). What is the projected growth of popularity, for all
manufacturers providing these products? Water Vehicles,
ATV's and snow mobiles? What percent of sales do each of these
three products represent of total TGSK sales? Does tiger shark
have other products? Clothing? Will they try to market their
logo and have it featured on clothes, at boating centers, et cetera?
(Think of the swoosh).

4). How is their retailing distribution set up? Are they in all
the right market areas. Do they have their own dealerships?
Or are their products sold along side their competitors?

5). Who are the company's officers? Do they have a comprehensive
knowledge of retailing? Of marketing? Of the industry they are in?
What are their back grounds before forming this company?

===========================
Those are enough questions for now. Maybe someone has
already had these questions answered by TGSK directly.

If they have, please share this info. If not, can somebody
call investor's relations with these questions or have someone
from TGSK answer these questions on this thread.

I wasn't able to ascertain that much information from their website
so I'd really appreciate if someone can help me with some DD on this
one, especially since I'm going to be pretty busy with some
of my real work during business hours this coming weak.
============================
No hype, just a memory. This stock reminds me of one I owned when I was younger. A stock I bought into when it traded at around three.
This company was Suburu....you may of heard of it. Haven't you?
. That was a true value play.

Hope this is a similar scenario, but retailing isn't strictly
about statistics, it is also about marketing and strategy
to increase penetration and increase market share.

Can Tiger Shark be such a player in a very competitive arena?
Who knows......only time will prove us write or wrong, rich or poor.

Sincerely,

ztect

I don't mean to insinuate there will be news. Let's just say I have reason to believe that Monday will be a good day for TGSK and let it go at that. I'm not at liberty to say what I think may happen.
