Interesting Information on Vivus!!!!

Sat. AM radio...MUSE...........VONOH..............May 2 1998 8:35AM EDT

Just got through listening to NY am radio station WEBD. The 1/2 hr. program was sponsored by VIVUS, the guest speaker was a Dr. Jeff Kaminisky of NYU School of Med. Quoted as saying that Viagra is effective in approx. 70% of patients with mild ED. and only 50% with diabetic or prostate problems. Said that the higher the dosage the more severe the side effects are. Is also very concerned about the
misuse and abuse if no known medical impotence problem exists, especially in certain medically afflicted patients at higher dosages. Goes on to say that Muse was #1 until Viagra, and that most are trying Viagra but many are having little results are normal doses. Said Viagra publicity will undoubtedly help with Muse sales and publicity. Also stated injection therapy third coice of ED treatment....wish there were more media broadcasting the pros and cons...not just PFE's product.

...IMO just a matter of time before the street weighs both sides and sees the upside potential for Vivus. Must be patient.

Mike, Mike, Mike. I was convinced you were going to rep us at the shareholders meeting. Tell your wife that E'lane is actually Tunica, who has over 7 SI identities including mine. (g)

Seriously, is anybody going to the shareholders meeting or the AUA meeting?

Thanks,

Frostman
