Bob, glad to hear you ordered your package from Largo. Yes, the Presidents message was awesome and inspiring.

I expect we will see some of the small investors who don't understand what they hold sell when it nears fifty cents. They will not be able to resist taking their five fold profit. They are afraid it will vanish and they will take the money and strut.

Personally, I will be sticking like glue. I fully understand what I hold. JMO, but I just can not see them digging up those gas lines and taking a chance on getting axed by the unhappy customers.LOL Besides, with a 40 year contract for exclusive rights (a monopoly) to sell gas to the customer's why would they want to stop what they are doing... selling gas! I always wanted to own part of a utility company but could never afford the price of the stocks. At .10 a share I can afford a few. LOL

I had someone contact me by e-mail yesterday, chastising me because I stated that Largo has a cash flow and income.

Please Read following:

Dusty Dear:

This is meant to be constructive. You make comments on the thread that can't possibly be true. IE Cash flow and monthly income. These are two finance terms that have real meaning. For one to say this in the absolute would mean that financials were released and that you saw this to be true. We know that could not have happened or there would be an insider violation. You're hammered because you are not careful with your words which makes it sound like you are hyping.

Wayne

Dusty's Response:

You don't need to see financials to add customers and income. It is not hype. It is factual! You need to go read the investor's information package!

We have income from Lp Gas sales! On an on going basis. Where the hell have you been man? Equal to 6.00 USA per household or hook-up! Do your home work!

No, I don't have any inside information but I can think and understand facts when I see them.

I am sorry, but I tend to lose patience with people who can not or will not due some research for themselves and then accuse me of hype!

I KNOW DAMN well you have not read all the press releases on the web site. Do your home work!

I am too busy for this crap. I am sorry but you have this coming... LOL

Dusty :o)

Now, after a few other exchanges of e-mail this person claims it is I who simply do not understand financial matters. They however, are highly educated in the world of finance. Then in an effort to cover-up their display of ignorance, they ask about the "expense" connected with the delivery of product, and net income. Nothing in the original e-mail alludes to expenses, yet they accuse me of hyping. The topic to the best of my understanding was income and cash flow.

There is much more that enters into "net" income. Taxes, as well as expense of delivery. How could anyone expect to know those figures until the financials are released. However, that in no way negates the fact that Largo is a viable company with "Cash Flow and Income."

This shows lack of understanding as to what they read if indeed they read it at all. No one but management knows what all the expenses are at this time. That will be revealed when the financials are released.

The President's message did state that each hook-up cost 240.00 dollars and that the customer pays the equivalent of 6.00 US monthly. Now, I don't have a degree in anything except common sense but it sure sounds like income to me and income equals cash flow in anyone's language. So where is the hype?

What I want to know is, did I miss something here folks? We DO have Income and Cash Flow from the sale of Lp Gas;if so where did I hype or lie?

If I have read something into the President's letter that was not in print I sure hope some one on the thread will correct me. As I never want to be guilty of spreading anything except facts.

My purpose for revealing this communication to the thread is simply this... it is a perfect example of people not doing due diligence. Or not understanding what they read, then bash others for their efforts.

I will bust my ass*etts to help anyone better understand something but to accuse me of spreading misinformation and hype based on their own ignorance really takes the cake!

*** On a happy note... Largo is doing very well and that tells me there may be "some" who don't understand what Largo is all about BUT there are "many" more who do! Nice going we are all supporting our stock and company and are seeing the fruits of our patience and persistence. If it takes another month or longer, I believe most of us here understand that we are indeed sitting on a Crown Jewel and will continue to wait.

I have had some ask me "WHY" is it necessary to understand the Chinese culture, people, government? What does it have to do with out stock. When I recover from the shock ... grin my reply is as follows:

* The Chinese are schooled in different business and accounting principles. JMO, but based on common sense, one would expect they will have to be taught the US principles of accounting to file for a listing with the SEC or NASDAQ.

* Just an educated guess on my part, but I would not think it wise to file with the SEC until Largo Vista management "knows" that the Chinese employees and accountants are up to speed with the format required by the SEC, especially since these filings have to be kept current as well as accurate.

While many are in a hurry for every thing to happen fast, I on the other hand am more interested in my company (Largo) getting it right the first time. Haste makes waste... old proverb but true none the less.

So, at the risk of bring down the wrath of God, on myself; I say to Dan, Deng and the rest of management; you are doing fantastic job from what we can see so far. Please, continue and take as much time as is required, but do it right the first time.

If others agree, let's all show our support for these two brilliant men who are working night and day for us. Instead of complaining about how long it takes; offer up encouragement and support for them.

Strong unyielding support for our company and the men who make it work will serve to benefit all of the shareholders. Remember, they are shareholders and want only the best of all of us.

NOW... before anyone asks me... NO, I do not know anything about the following:

* How many shares of stock management holds.

This will all be revealed in the SEC filings I would guess.

Down with nay sayer's and fault finder's and full speed ahead...

May God's Blessing's be upon those who direct and guide Largo to greatness.

Bob and All,

I just came from a visit to the Largo Web Site and I don't know if it is new or I just missed it or what but there are some real nice pictures and information that is new to me and I check the site fairly often. It is located on the main page just below the conference information. Enjoy...

Been reading the Investor's Package again and I just keep finding little gems I did not completely digest the time before. There is so much there to get through and all of it profound.

I am looking forward to the opening bell come Monday morning.

Bob Berry, asked the question a few days ago of his friend Bob Walters, which was " Are we having fun yet?" Well gentlemen I don't know about you but I am having a terrific time ... LOL
