It is. 40GB fully non-blocking in a
19-inch rack-mountable box. And it
will do OC-48c. The "c" stands for "concatenated" which means that
it will handle the full 2.5GB in a single VC, as opposed to the OC-48STM-16 provided by the GX-550, which allows only for 4 622MB VCs.
