Convertible Debentures ... You are right about the holder shorting against the box. I mean the Market Makers. They can hedge the stock now to over sell it. Do the math. The higher the price goes the less shares will be diluted. The lower the more they have.

Example: say $3M = 1 million shares at $3;

Now I am not sayingthis will happen but look what convertible debentures did to OLEX.

Now once it get up to the target then what you are saying is true.
