Dear Tom and all other clueless, libelous, and potentially libelous shorts:

You should really worry more about your equity and less about conspiracy theories.

First of all, the concept of "market maker manipulation" is laughable and demonstrates the utter naivete of those who claim such. KTEL is so volatile that no MM in his right mind would carry an inventory of more than 10,000 shares intraday, much less overnight. MMs are not investors - they simply want to scalp order flow.

Secondly, anybody on Wall Street has the right to research a company and issue an opinion that is based on same. Welcome to the real world.

Lastly, we have excellent legal counsel, are well aware of all of the SEC rules and regulations that govern our activities, and operate our business well within those guidelines.

Sorry you guys are all such sore losers. But here's a novel idea - cover your short before you lose all your equity, which is what will happen once the stock reaches $100.

Sincerely,

Louis Riley

I have some ideas that I have developed. The company will not make projections, however.

Keep watching the newswires. Perhaps I will publish them there before too long.

OK, that's it for today. Have a nice weekend.
