Class Action Suit,,,

biz.yahoo.com

Sometimes management get EXACTLY what that deserve,,, Looks like you
shareholders might be able to get some of your money back and PLSIA might then be broke.

It might be a good time to consider bailing on the stock, taking the loss and hoping now that the suit gets back the money you lost instead of increase in share price. Remember -- you could sell today for between 6-6 1/4. If the stock drops further, you might be kicking yourself for not selling.

I would agree with some of the other posters on other boards who suggest there are a few more bombshells to be dropped. With a Lawyer crawling up Cozzen's anus, the ugly truth might be a little more surprising than any of you think. Take it from a guy who has been looking under the PLSIA carpet for a while.

The risk to stay in this stock just went up by a bunch IMO. I gotta think many are going to bail now and hope to recover with lawsuit proceeds. I think I would want to be the first to the door on the way out -- not the last.

Cheers Steve
