FAMH - EPS

My initial thoughts are WORSE case. Shares are increasing
about 1,000,000 per week. So at the end of the year there
might be 100,000,000 shares of FAMH. It look likes the net
profits for 1998 will be about 10,000,000. Therefore the
worse case EPS for 1998 will be 10 cents a share. Based on
a PE of 10 to 15 that gives a share price of 1.00 to 1.50.
That is 2 to 3 times the current price. That is not a bad
return in my opinion.

Of course, there is a higher potential but I shall not express
that.

Walleye, That does not concern me because the company has also grown a great deal. Myriad alone is adding $90 MILLION in revenues for 1998.

In the conference call Ira said that he is also putting out a proforma for 1998. I believe on Monday. This will show projected revenues of $120 million in revenues, with profits of around $11 to $12 million. And Ira said these are very, very conservative projections.

If the company goes from 20 million to 51 million outstanding shares and at the same time they go from $8.5 million to $120 million in revenues, I think we are now more undervalued than ever.

And the revenues could be MUCH higher for 1998. I believe the $120 million projection for 1998 does NOT include the Workman's Comp Processing, Payroll Financing and Morton Downey Jr. And all three of these are BIG revenue items.

I think putting out the proforma in conjunction with the financials being posted is an outstanding move on Ira's part. I think the timing is fantastic. The financials will show credibility to the brokers and others. They can see in print that FAMH is profitable. The proforma will show the growth and great earning potential FAMH has for 1998. In my opinion this is exactly what the brokers have been waiting for. I think this will have dramatic impact.

With the combination of the financials and the proforma early next week, I think we could see $1.50 next week. In my opinion when FAMH takes off it will really move. It has just taken a little longer than some of us hoped, but very much worth the wait.

People just do not understand the power of brokers and major players.

Walleye: a very valid concern. Brokers won't be buying on Ira's projections, since predictions coming from BB companies are hardly worth the paper they are printed on. The "pro forma" numbers are not what serious investors will be interested in.

Besides, this is the company that predicted earnings of 21 cents for last year. Any projections will be taken with huge lumps of salt.

I don't understand (since FAMH has a web site) why they haven't posted the numbers there, given the hunger for them, instead of blaming the delay on EDGAR.

If FAMH gains a Nasdaq listing in a couple years, perhaps analysts will begin to cover it then.

P.S. As a lurker told me recently "I've never seen someone (Ira) able to string so many people along for so long..."

Does anyone know if the Miami office opened yet?
