Bob-- I totally agree with your post! Jody had a good point, but I do not think she has a grasp on net biz-- or import/export. People in that industry will FLOCK there! Bob, I was going to shut up for awhile, since I already posted my quota for about the next five days. But I couldn't resist responding to your analysis through the use of your pertinent analogy. Marketing is marketing...more or less...different strategies and approaches for different products, but similar shared concepts. Seems to me we have similar approaches that differ from most other's on this thread. Must be because we're both in real estate. Guess all us real estate guys aren't as dumb as we appear. <jk> ztect BTW- "Novice" professional investor is an oxymoron! Sorry to all that that comment offends.
