Peter,

I think that there will be no "old" shares of MDIX. The press release is somewhat confuseing as it says that MDIX is being acquired. What is actually happening is that the staffing services part of MDIX is being sold off for cash and stock. MDIX as a sole enitity will survive and, basically be dependent on Cymedix Lynx as its core business.

While the staffing services part of MDIX was revenue generating, Mr. Yeros and Mr. Berman feel that the Lynx product is more cutting edge.

This may be viewed as sort of putting all of your eggs in one basket, but there is alot of room for expansion. IMO here is what we have.

Strong management
Viable product
Distribution of the product
Large market base for the product
and now some infux of cash to expand.

Hope this all helps

Ken W

Peter: The company is not being acquired, only some of its assets are being acquired. Thus there is no change in name of the company (again; we've had a name change already) and nothing happens to the shares. They will continue to go up and down in price, but my opinion is that they'll mostly go up, because of the value of their current focus.
